RETURNS
Original Hinge Bat will accept the return of any unused product for 30 days at the purchase price minus a $19.00 restocking fee. Closeouts and discontinued items are excluded and cannot be returned.
ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER regardless of the reason for the return, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please call Customer Service at (615) 829-1445 for an RA Number.
RESTOCKING FEE
A $19.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers inspection and processing costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Original Hinge Bat is not responsible for the shipping charges of returned items.
Original Hinge Bat pays for the original shipping to the customer; therefore, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the restocking fee.
CONDITIONS
No product is sold on a trial basis unless expressly stated in writing on the invoice at the time of sale. Defective items will be exchanged for a replacement item. All returned products must be in new and re-sellable condition as determined by Original Hinge Bat.
Note: Hitting one ball with a new bat or playing catch for a minute with a new glove renders the bat and glove as "used merchandise" and ineligible for return.
